Michael was an exceptional realtor throughout my house selling process. He answered all my questions, communicated throughout the process of next steps, what's going to happen, what's happening, etc. If I ever buy or sell again, would definitely use Michael. Michael was always very professional. I never felt like he was rushing us or only looking out for himself. He was prompt with returning phone calls. He made us feel very comfortable about selling our house and how the whole process worked. He never scoffed or snickered when we asked first time seller type questions, he was very honest in his answers to us as well. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to sell your house.

I have worked with many agents, as I am a home rehab addict. He was beyond excellent and went above and beyond even AFTER the sale! He came over to trouble shoot items that were not even related to the home sale. He provided a lock box until we could transition to the new home.

Wonderful to work with. He helped us find a condo for my mom. He was open to discussing what was happening and various details with my father and myself. He gave tips and showed us condos on short notice. Very easy to work with and super responsive. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a realtor.

Michael called to see if he could help. I thought sure why not. I did not know him at all but his ideas and willingness to help seemed very authentic for the situation my wife and I were in. Long story short he was there for weeks with possibilities each day for us. Several were gone in a flash but he said, “Don’t worry I will find you another in your budget range and with all you need in a 2 bedroom condo and in the neighborhood you want to be in.” After viewing 14 or 15 we found the one we loved and made an offer via texting. Within an hour via texting we had what we wanted and at the right price. He never gave up. Number ONE on our list for excellent service, staying with us all the way and extremely professional in getting to the finale’ the closing.
